Now glycolysis is the process, Of breaking down glucose, into Pyruvic Acid, And that ain’t no joke. Two ATP are needed, and four are produced, To make the acid that the Krebs cycle will use.

So…..it starts with thing called ATP its in him, her, you and me
The aerobic paves a way for you to breath which gives you the most energy
It all happens when you run jump and strut
Going on a roller coaster swooshing down loosing energy gives you a frown
Denise: What does this have to do with my legs?
Shakera: Well…….your legs get all wobbly after you run because your cell loose oxygen then fermentation comes and pick it up again
